At most five highest unique deposits win each round. Matching bids are disqualified.
Am I eligible, and what must I commit?
- Who qualifies
- Eligible Boost Digital Savings Account holders meeting campaign rules.
- Deposit requirement
- One RM1,000–RM10,000 deposit per round; leave it intact from Thursday to the following Tuesday. Any withdrawal disqualifies the bid.
- Spending requirement
- No shopping requirement. Bidding window: Wednesday 8pm–midnight, Malaysian time.
- Rates, caps & limits
- Winners’ Boosted Jar: RM10,000 maximum balance. Round-specific rate: 15%–20% p.a. for four weeks. The Bidding Jar earns 3% p.a.
- Campaign period
- 5 August 2026–6 January 2027 (final winner announcement). Final winners’ bonus period ends 2 February 2027; consult the app for the last deposit window.
- When you receive it
- Daily interest. Non-winners’ funds return to the main account; winners’ funds move automatically to a Boosted Jar.
The published campaign runs to the final winner announcement on 6 January 2027. Each round’s actual rate and entry window must be checked in the app. Participation never guarantees winning.
What to do, and by when
- Read the round’s announced rate before entering. In the Special Jar section, use the Bidding Jar during Wednesday’s 8pm–midnight Malaysian-time deposit window.
- Submit one deposit between RM1,000 and RM10,000. Leave the whole amount in place from Thursday midnight through 11:59pm the following Tuesday.
- Check the result by 11:59am on the following Wednesday. At most five of the highest unique deposit amounts win; duplicated amounts are excluded.
- A winning balance moves to a Boosted Jar for four calendar weeks. Otherwise it returns, with accrued interest, to the ordinary savings account.
Illustrative bidding example: if two customers each deposit RM9,000, both amounts are excluded as duplicates. A unique RM8,900 could rank above a unique RM8,800. It wins only if it is among the five highest unique amounts in the entire round; this is not a suggested bid or a prediction.
What could this mean in ringgit?
Illustration, only if selected at 20%: an unchanged RM5,000 winning balance for 28 days earns about RM76.71 before daily rounding and compounding. That is the total estimated return for a winning four-week period. A non-winning Bidding Jar earns 3% p.a. during its holding period; after the refund, ordinary account terms apply.
What could reduce or remove the benefit?
- Withdrawing even part of a bid during the bidding round disqualifies it. A higher deposit is still not a guaranteed winner if someone else submits the same amount.
- The round can pay 15%–20% p.a.; “up to 20%” does not promise 20% for every round or customer.
- The Boosted Jar’s total balance cap is RM10,000. Permission to add money after winning does not remove that cap.
If you withdraw, or the offer ends
During bidding, a withdrawal removes the chance of winning. After winning, the terms allow withdrawals and top-ups within the Boosted Jar limits; interest follows the actual end-of-day balance. At four weeks the Jar closes and funds return to the ordinary account. Final-round Boosted Jars close on 2 February 2027.
Who might find it worthwhile?
Only consider this with spare savings you can leave through a complete bidding round and without counting on the enhanced rate. Ordinary savings terms are a more dependable basis for your budget.
When to skip it: Skip it for next week’s rent, emergency money you may need immediately, or any plan funded by borrowing. Do not increase a deposit beyond your comfortable budget just to compete.
Keep evidence and get help
Keep the round’s rate, entry confirmation, deposit time, intact-balance record and winner notification. These establish what you entered; they cannot establish the probability of winning.
Terms to check before joining
Check the final entry window in the app: 6 January 2027 is the final winner announcement. Only winning unique bids receive the bonus rate; your chance of winning depends on other bids.
